Established in 2014,  Fossil Stone Vineyards take up 7 acres of the farms. Consisting of three different grapes, the Spiaks take a hands on approach to growing grapes to ensure the grapes are sundrenched to the peak of flavor. In the winery, the winemakers believe in a hands off, minimal intervention approach.
